Job Title: Junior Project ManagerSalary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)Location: BoltonEmployment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in the construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early career experience or a strong interest in construction project management to gain hands-on experience and grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in the day-to-day delivery of construction projects from inception to completion
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and co-ordinating project activities
  • Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments
  • Attend site visits and meetings, taking notes and following up on action points
  • Support in managing health and safety compliance and quality assurance on site
  • Contribute to resolving any issues or delays during the project lifecycle
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project status and updates

Requirements:

  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in construction, project co-ordination, or a related role
  • A relevant qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
