About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in the construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early career experience or a strong interest in construction project management to gain hands-on experience and grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in the day-to-day delivery of construction projects from inception to completion
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and co-ordinating project activities
- Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments
- Attend site visits and meetings, taking notes and following up on action points
- Support in managing health and safety compliance and quality assurance on site
- Contribute to resolving any issues or delays during the project lifecycle
- Keep stakeholders informed of project status and updates
Requirements:
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in construction, project co-ordination, or a related role
- A relevant qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
- Full UK driving licence preferred
