Your new roleAs a Painter & Decorator, you'll be responsible for a variety of interior and exterior painting and decorating tasks, including:
- Preparing surfaces (sanding, filling, priming)
- Applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces
- Working at height
- Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment
- Liaising with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction
You'll be paid from door-to-door, with travel time included, and may be eligible for mileage reimbursement depending on the job location.What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A valid UK driving licence
- Your own tools (essential)
- Your own van (desirable)
- A CSCS card (desirable)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in painting and decorating
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Willingness to start early (6am/7am) and travel across the North West
