We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business based in Westhoughton, looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

Ideally, you'll have experience in sales administration or customer service, enjoy speaking with new people and thrive on building strong relationships. You'll be motivated by achieving goals, delivering great results and contributing to a fun, high-energy team culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Speaking to customers via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly, professional manner
  • Understanding customers' needs and guiding them to the right solutions
  • Identifying genuine opportunities to offer extra value
  • Keeping accurate and clear notes in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with the technical and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Building product knowledge so you can speak with confidence and clarity

What we're looking for:

  • Confident, upbeat and comfortable engaging with new people
  • Motivated by delivering excellent service and achieving targets
  • Quick to learn and keen to develop new skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in sales or customer service (preferred, but not essential)
