Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Differentiate learning to support the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, progress, and achievement.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards completion of ECT induction.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
A positive, enthusiastic, and resilient approach.
Commitment to continuous professional development and safeguarding.
