About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers to support learning across the school, with a particular focus on pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You'll be expected to lead small group interventions, provide 1:1 support where needed, and contribute to planning and assessment alongside teaching staff.

Requirements:
  • Level 4 TA qualification (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience working in a primary school setting

  • Strong knowledge of supporting pupils with SEND, including EHCPs.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills.

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to learning support.
