Adecco are currently looking for an Temporary Auto-Electrician to work for our client in Bolton.
You will be responsible for fitting out vehicles and installing a wide range of aftermarket electrical components.
Duties:
- Install electrical systems and components such as inverters, roof lights, solar panels, beacons, water tanks, and night heaters.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in both new and older vehicles.
- Create and install wiring looms and split charge systems.
- Design and modify electrical setups to meet specific customer requirements.
- Support the joinery team with woodwork installations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all work meets high-quality standards.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Completed apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Auto Electrical Systems or a related field.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues in automotive systems.
- Proficient with power tools, diagnostic equipment, and hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting schematic diagrams.
- Confident in soldering and performing complex electrical installations.
Additional Details
Job Type: Temporary for approximately 1 month potentially longer
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 7am-3:30pm and Fri, 7am-2:15pm
Hourly Rate: £17.95ph
