We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Finance Business Partner to work a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave, to contribute to our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will work closely with departments across our not-for-profit organisation to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Description

  • Collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights and advice.
  • Assisting in strategic decision-making processes by providing accurate financial projections.
  • Participating in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
  • Performing financial analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
  • Contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organisation.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
