  • Lead a portfolio of private clients including HNWIs, business owners, entrepreneurs, and family-run businesses.
  • Deliver tailored tax planning across Income Tax, CGT, IHT, succession planning, and trust structures.
  • Oversee and review personal tax compliance work, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
  • Manage, mentor and support team members with reviews and technical development.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and local business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified, with significant experience in UK private client tax.
  • Comfortable leading client relationships and managing compliance teams.
  • Commercially aware, technically confident, and capable of juggling advisory and compliance work.
  • Experience managing a team and mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative culture.
