General Practitioner - ARRS - Locum

Contract: Locum
Hours: Full or Part Time

Our PCN ARRS team includes Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Social Prescribing Link Workers, Care Coordinators, Mental Health Practitioners, and Health & Wellbeing Coaches. We are looking for a GP who wishes to contribute clinical leadership, provide high-quality care, and help shape the future of integrated primary care services.

As anARRS GP, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, holistic, patient-centred clinical care.
  • Work closely with ARRS team members, offering clinical support, supervision, and guidance where appropriate.
  • Contribute to the development, deployment, and evaluation of ARRS services within the PCN.
  • Support continuity of care for patients navigating the multidisciplinary team.
  • Take part in clinical sessions that may include acute care, chronic disease management, eConsult/triage work, and long-term condition reviews.
  • Participate in MDT meetings, service improvement work, and collaborative PCN projects.
  • Engage in quality improvement, audit, and population health initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and clinical leadership to help integrate ARRS roles into day-to-day practice.
