What You Will Do:

- Advise and assist managers across the company to ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular occupational health, safety, and fire prevention surveys to meet legislative requirements.

- Carry out surveillance audits in manufacturing areas to identify risks and implement improvements.

- Coordinate and deliver health and safety induction training for new employees while maintaining accurate training records.

- Lead Tool Box Talks and training sessions to promote safety awareness and best practices.

- Monitor and report on SHE trends, issues, and risks, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.

- Support the company in maintaining and achieving accreditations and awards by implementing client-led initiatives and recommendations from audits.

What You Will Bring: 

- A formal qualification in Health & Safety or Environmental management.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Organisational skills and the ability to work independently, setting and meeting targets proactively.

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with at least two years of relevant experience.

- Internal Auditor experience is highly desirable.
