What We're Looking For:
* Graduates with degrees in subjects aligned with the secondary curriculum (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages).
* Strong subject knowledge in core areas (English, Maths, Science).
* Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with young people.
* A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
* Flexibility to take on daily, short-term, and long-term cover roles.
* Reliable and committed, with a positive attitude towards supporting students of all abilities.
* Able to provide references covering the last two years.
* A DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
* Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need extra support.
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour strategies.
* Gaining firsthand experience of school life, curriculum delivery, and student development.
* Building skills and confidence that will support your journey into teacher training.
