Reeson Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Bolton area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a EYFS class, providing in-class support and helping pupils thrive in their learning journey.
Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Support the EYFS, as a teaching assistant with their learning and development.
- Work closely with the class teacher as a Teaching Assistant to create engaging lessons.
- Provide small-group and one-to-one interventions to reinforce key learning areas.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
- Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Support children with SEND and additional learning needs when required.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and patient approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- A commitment to a long-term teaching assistant role in a primary school setting.
