The Role:
As a teaching assistant in this setting, you will work alongside experienced staff to support students with a variety of SEN, including autism, speech and language needs, and behavioural challenges. You'll Need:
Experience as a teaching assistant, ideally in an SEN setting
A calm and positive attitude
Confidence working 1:1 and in small groups
A real desire to support young people with complex needs
