Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Based in Bolton, with a requirement to be on-site four days a week.
The Role
We are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our onsite team in Bolton. In this role you will support and assist the recruitment team in hiring the best talent, ensuring that the recruitment process is streamlined and followed efficiently. You will manage the business processes that underpin our delivery and engagement across the account, interacting with multiple technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Administration:Manage the recruitment administration of all roles, including interview booking, feedback, and employment offers. Handle and prioritise multiple advanced administrative duties and ensure the onboarding process is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Extension Process:Initiate the contingent worker extension process specific to each client account to the point of contract/assignment re-issue.
- Rate Monitoring:Monitor and update rates in accordance with client-specific rate calculators, including any annual uplift activity and client-specific changes. Supporting with candidate and hiring manager post-offer queries.
- Compliance and Reporting:Process statutory and BAU changes in Vendor Management System. Conduct client-specific reporting and compliance checks as dictated at a site level and maintain IR35 compliance.
- Data Accuracy:Ensure a high level of data accuracy and quality when updating systems. Complete all relevant paperwork and liaise with hiring managers for timesheet-related activity.
What we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator who will have administration experience and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be tactful and articulate, with an analytical and methodical approach to problems. Being motivated and results-driven, you must have the ability to act quickly and decisively. Good IT skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organisational skills are also essential.
