Candidates will need to be able to travel across: Bolton, Bury, Heywood, Rochdale, Oldham, Manchester, Stalybridge, Hyde, Stockport, Altrincham, Lymm, Macclesfield, Runcorn, Widnes, Leigh, Horwich, St Helens, Prescot, Huyton, Kirkby, Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Southport, Formby, Crosby, Bootle, Liverpool, Preston, Chorley, Ellesmere Port, Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have strong experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Qualified with the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
- Working knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG 274 and HTM 0401 guidelines
- It is preferred that candidate hold experience working on both domestic hot and cold and process systems
- Excellent written and IT skills
- Good client-facing skills
The Role:
- Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments in line with industry guidelines
- Assessing domestic hot and cold systems as well as cooling towers and closed systems
- Writing bespoke reports to highlight risks as well as make recommendations to resolve
- Producing detailed schematic drawings to support written reports
- Meeting with clients to give contract updates as well as technical support
- Ensuring to work in line with industry compliance and safety guidelines
- Supporting the training of new members of staff
- Travelling in line with company requirements
