What will you be doing as a Stock Administrator?

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be carrying out aa varied role to ensure the timely delivery or materials to the site. Duties will include:

  • Co-ordinating with suppliers across the world regarding stock and materials delivery timescales
  • Chasing order progress
  • Dealing with and processing arrivals o stock and materials to the site
  • Managing and processing purchase orders
  • Preparing stock and materials packs to update the warehouse team on pending deliveries
  • Co-ordinating with the transport team regarding delivery timing


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong administration skills and the desire to build a career
  • Previous experience in a role such as Expediter, Stock Control, Product Planning, Purchasing, Credit Control or Warehouse Administration would be interesting
  • French language skills would be useful but definitely not essential
  • Confident using Word, Excel and email
  • Navision experience would be interesting
  • Confident and assertive with excellent relationship building skills
  • Resilient and able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent phone manner
