Adecco are currently looking for a number of Kitchen Assistants to work for our Educational clients across Bolton, on a casual basis.
Duties:
- Assist with basic food preparation, including making sandwiches and preparing vegetables
- Serve meals to students in a timely and friendly manner
- Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
- Clean large kitchen equipment, including pots and pans
- Load and unload the industrial dishwasher efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness by mopping spillages and ensuring all kitchen areas are hygienic and tidy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar catering or kitchen assistant role is essential
- Previous experience within an educational setting is highly desirable
- Possession of a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students
- To be considered for this role, candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday
All applicants MUST have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service, or to be willing to obtain one.

Job Type: Temporary, casual (as and when required)
Days: Anytime between Monday and Friday
Hours: Hours vary between 9:30am and 3pm
Hourly Rate: £12.21ph
