Adecco are currently looking for a number of Kitchen Assistants to work for our Educational clients across Bolton, on a casual basis.

Duties:

  • Assist with basic food preparation, including making sandwiches and preparing vegetables
  • Serve meals to students in a timely and friendly manner
  • Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
  • Clean large kitchen equipment, including pots and pans
  • Load and unload the industrial dishwasher efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness by mopping spillages and ensuring all kitchen areas are hygienic and tidy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar catering or kitchen assistant role is essential
  • Previous experience within an educational setting is highly desirable
  • Possession of a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students
  • To be considered for this role, candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday

Job Type: Temporary, casual (as and when required)

Days: Anytime between Monday and Friday

Hours: Hours vary between 9:30am and 3pm

Hourly Rate: £12.21ph
