- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Conveyancers to help manage busy caseloads.
- Using a Case Management System to maintain accurate, up-to-date files and documentation.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties via telephone and email.
- Handling inbound and outbound correspondence in line with agreed service levels.
- Requesting property searches, AML checks, and final searches.
- Preparing and submitting contract packs to purchasers.
- Assisting with the exchange process, including chasing and exchanging contracts when required.
- Supporting Fee Earners by monitoring their inbox during non-working days.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Previous experience in a residential conveyancing role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiar with case management systems.
- A team player with a proactive and conscientious approach to work.
