They have a friendly and supportive attitude within the office and maintain a healthy competitive nature amongst colleagues while supporting all staff towards their individual goals, be either chartership or promotion.Your new roleYour new role will see you working as a Mechanical engineer, working across the sectors mentioned above, using software such as AutoCAD and Revit to complete drawings and designs in a timely and precise manner. You will be trained and up-skilled in design software. However, you will use your existing design software experience to help you grasp the quick-paced nature of the business. You will not be asked to meet with clients initially, but as you progress throughout your career, your interaction with clients and stakeholders will increase.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in your application you will need a minimum of 3 years' UK Mechanical Building Services experience within the construction and the built environment realm.
