Urgently Required Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer OTE 50k
My client is one of the UK's leading providers of Integrated Facilities Management services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke M&E building services engineering solutions to a varied, blue-chip client base to include, amongst others, Corporate, Government & Industrial environments respectively.
A Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is required to provide mechanical building services maintenance support to a multi-site commercial, corporate and Educational environments located throughout the Bolton.
The Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will carry out PPM, reactive, servicing and breakdown repairs to mechanical site/plant room services to include AHU's, pumps, motors, boiler plant, high/low temperature plumbing systems and utilities.
The Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will also carry out basic, 'first-look' maintenance to air conditioning systems and equipment to include AC units, AHU & FCU as well as carrying out general building fabric maintenance.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold Mechanical qualifications and further training in line with the position
- Further qualifications in relation to the position i.e. City & Guilds/NVQ
- Experienced in mechanical plant room & site services to include steam, boilers, utilities, AHU & FCU, plumbing and pumps.
- Possess general building fabric maintenance knowledge.
- Experience of working within retail, commercial/corporate environments would be highly advantageous
- Driving License (Max. 6 penalty points)

- Company Van i.e. Ford Connect (Reasonable personal use permitted)
- Call-out rota 1 - 6
- Call-out runs from Friday - Friday
- Call-out paid at 70 a week
- Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.30 with a 30-minute lunch break Friday 08:00 to 15:30
- Overtime - Saturday after 12.00 and Sunday & Bank/Public Holidays is double time.
- 25 days holiday + stat days + Birthday
- Pension - contribution 3%
