We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bolton that is seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to support pupils' learning and development within a supportive and friendly school environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in delivering high-quality learning across the curriculum.

  • Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support pupil progress.

  • Assist in preparing and adapting learning resources.

  • Support children with additional needs to ensure inclusion and engagement.

  • Encourage positive behaviour and social development.

  • Help maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.



Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent).

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
