We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our nurturing and inclusive primary school in Bolton from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate professional to support the learning, development and wellbeing of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The Role:
  • Work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality learning support, tailored to individual SEND needs.

  • Support children with a range of needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD, and SEMH.

  • Deliver targeted interventions, both 1:1 and in small groups.

  • Contribute to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

  • Help implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and liaise with families and external agencies when needed.

Essential Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

  • Minimum 1 year experience working with SEND in a primary school setting.

  • Strong understanding of inclusive practices and differentiated learning strategies.

  • Patience, empathy and a genuine commitment to supporting children's progress.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
