Teaching Assistant - Primary School

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a Teaching Assistant with a solid background in the UK primary education system. We are seeking an adaptable TA to work across all year groups at a two-form entry primary school based in Westhoughton. This full-time role requires flexibility to accommodate the ever-changing needs of the school, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive.

As a TA, you will be expected to provide high-quality support across various year groups, from Early Years to Year 6.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with lesson delivery
  • Supporting individual and group learning
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour.
  • Being proactive in adapting to different classroom environments
  • Being capable of working closely with teachers to enhance the educational experience of the students.
