Electrical Project Manager

The Client

Our client provides installation of M&E works to some of the largest UK companies in the sectors of leisure, transport and banking. They are experiencing continuous growth within their field and have a requirement for an Electrical Project Manager to join their expanding team based in North Manchester. This role will have a remuneration package of up to �57,500 including a car/allowance and company benefits and although you will be based from the Bolton office, there will be UK wide site visits required as part of this role.�

The Role and its Responsibilities

As an experienced Electrical Project Manager you will be proficient in the following areas;

• Management of projects from procurement to final commissioning and handover stage
• Project planning and scheduling�
• On time project completion
• Cost scheduling
• Productivity and progression of works
• Risk assessments�
• H&S on site
• Report production
• Internal and external meetings
• Management of multiple nationwide sites
• Industry commercial awareness

The Individual

As Electrical Project Manager you should be self-motivated and be able to organise your work and site visits to maximimum efficiency. You should have a professional manner and be able to communicate effectively.�

Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant HNC or equivalent industry qualifications
• IT literate
• CSCS card
• H&S knowledge up to date

Salary and Package

The company are offering a package of up to �57,500K for the Electrical Project Manager role plus a car/allowance and benefits including pension and H/C. There will also be remittance for travel.�
