We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Facilities Manager to take charge of multiple service areas across our estate. From compliance and maintenance to catering, cleaning, and even the Spa – this role is all about delivering high standards, ensuring audit readiness, and creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for everyone at AO.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing:

  • Lead and support key facilities projects across the business.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives and ensure delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver value for money without compromising quality.
  • Oversee reactive and planned maintenance, utilities, catering, cleaning, reception, and Spa operations.
  • Champion health & safety protocols and ensure audit readiness.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure cohesive operations across AO.

A Few Things About You:

  • A full UK driving licence – travel across AO locations is essential.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH Level 4 (or above).
  • BIFM or IWFM Level 4 (or above).
  • Proven experience across all areas of responsibility listed.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage daily operations and long-term improvements.
