Ready to lead the way in facilities excellence?
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Facilities Manager who’s not just great at keeping things running — but brilliant at moving things forward.
This role is all about initiative and impact. You’ll be a key player in shaping the strategic direction of our Facilities and Estate team, curating smart, forward-thinking plans that help us stand out and stay ahead. From compliance and maintenance to catering, cleaning, and even the Spa — you’ll lead across multiple service areas, making sure everything is audit-ready, high-performing, and people-first.
You’ll need to juggle hats, build strong relationships across our business units, and bring fresh thinking to how we operate. It’s not just about today — it’s about building a team and a service that’s ready for tomorrow.
