From compliance and maintenance to catering, cleaning, and even the Spa — you’ll lead across multiple service areas, making sure everything is audit-ready, high-performing, and people-first.
You’ll be the go-to person for bringing ideas to life, building strong relationships, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From shaping long-term plans to solving day-to-day challenges, you’ll lead with confidence, curiosity, and a can-do attitude.

- A full UK driving licence - travel across AO locations is essential

- Positive, proactive, and full of ideas to keep us moving forward
Desirable:
- NEBOSH or IOSH Level 4 (or above).
- BIFM or IWFM Level 4 (or above).
