The Director of Property will:
- Develop and implement a healthcare estate strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive efficiency in estate and asset management.
- Lead the Environmental Social Governance strategy, focusing on sustainability.
- Ensure optimal functionality and safety across all sites.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers.
- Oversee contract and lease negotiations.
