Requirements
- Significant experience working with children or young children.
- Support pupils in developing speech, language, and communication skills.
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement targeted interventions.
- Assist in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
