Adecco are currently looking for an Inclusion Coordinator Administrator to work for our client in Bolton.

You will be required to work closely with students from Years 7 to 13, to liaise effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies to support student well-being and inclusion.

Duties:

  • Act as first point of contact for families and external professionals
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up across pastoral and inclusion teams
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and pupil support documentation
  • Support behaviour, attendance, safeguarding, and well-being processes
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure joined-up support
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and documentation for key staff
  • Prepare reports, referrals, and meeting minutes
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and school policies
  • Promote positive relationships and contribute to school community events
  • Support school trips and activities as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in a busy administrative or coordination role, ideally in education or health/social care.
  • Experience and understanding of 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' within a school setting.
  • Have an understanding of relevant aspects of the SEND Code of Practice.
  • Highly IT literate. Ability to support students using online learning packages.
  • All applicants must have an enhanced DBS certificate, registered on the update service, or be willing to obtain one.

Additional Information

Job Type: Permanent (term time, plus 2 weeks)

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 37 hours per week, flexibility is required

Salary: 19,625 (40 weeks, pro rata)
