Bar Manager Ideal Profile:

Bar Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of bar service to deliver a polished yet personable guest experience
- Manage stock levels, orders, and supplier relationships to ensure consistency and quality
- Develop and maintain drinks menus that reflect the venue's standards and innovation
- Train and support the bar team to uphold high service and product knowledge
- Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to coordinate seamless service
- Uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations with attention to detail
