- Maintain accurate financial records and process invoices efficiently.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Support the team with payroll processing and related tasks.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Provide assistance with VAT returns and other tax-related documentation.
- Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
