Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
路Arranging Service Department bookings.
路Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
路Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
路Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
路Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
路Previous experience Upselling 聽
路Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
