About the RoleWhat You'll Be Doing
  • General Administration: Perform tasks such as data entry and answering emails and calls.
  • Inhouse Software: Create and manage bookings.
  • Customer and Colleague Communication: Provide a friendly and helpful point of contact while maintaining a professional and polite manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
  • Health and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance within the office.
