Job Title: SEMH Learning Support Assistant
Location: Bolton
Salary: Competitive 115.00 per day
Contract: Full-time, School Term-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Learning Support Assistant to join our school team in Bolton. This is a full-time, term-time position supporting students who require additional emotional and educational support to thrive in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with SEMH needs in both classroom and individual settings
Assist teachers in implementing learning plans and strategies tailored to each student
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Foster positive relationships and provide emotional support to students
Support students' social, emotional, and behavioural development
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Must be a confident driver with access to a vehicle (required for the role)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
