Connect Appointments are recruiting individuals to become Production Operatives with our Bonnyrigg based production and manufacturing client.
What's on offer?
- Full-time temporary ongoing position
- Your choice of back shift OR night shift
- Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:30 to 22:30 @ 12.40 per hour
- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:30 to 06:30 @ 16.12 per hour
Working as a Production Operative, your duties will include:
- Operating light production machinery
- Informing Supervisors of any faults or production issues
- Continually quality testing throughout the production process
- Adhering to all health and safety and other company policies
- Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous material
- Working on a production line packing customers orders
- Building and wrapping pallets for transport
- Any other work deemed suitable
To be successful in this Production Operative position, you will ideally have previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment. Combined with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions; work on your own and as part of a team.
