We're looking for a motivated Activities Coordinator to join our clients team in Lincoln. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with vulnerable adults, helping to enrich their lives through engaging, meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and deliver a varied programme of activities tailored to individual needs and preferences.
Encourage participation and promote social inclusion and wellbeing.
Work closely with support staff, families, and external organisations.
Maintain accurate records and support reports on engagement and outcomes.
Travel locally as required to support off-site activities and appointments.
Experience doing assessments and care plans would be advantageous.

Essential Requirements:
Full, valid UK driving license – travel is a key part of the role.
Experience working in a similar role (e.g., activities coordinator, support worker, community engagement).
Background working with vulnerable adults, including those with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or physical disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan creatively and adapt to individuals’ needs.

Desirable:
Qualifications in Health & Social Care or relevant training in activity coordination.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practices in adult support services.
