Assistant Progress Leader (KS3 & KS4)

 

Bootle, L20

 

£120 – 130 per day (term time only) – Salary dependent on experience and/or qualifications.

Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Bootle to recruit an Assistant Progress Leader for KS3 and KS4 for a long-term role, Monday to Friday. This position, starting on 5th January, is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people pastorally and helping them reach their full potential. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of being taken on permanently by the school.

 

Requirements:

To be considered for the Assistant Progress Leader position, the school have requested:

  • Experience working in a pastoral role, or previous HLTA experience

  • A positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills

  • Confidence supporting pupils aged 11–16 both in lessons and around school

  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a wider school team

  • Availability to work 8:15 – 16:15, Monday to Friday

Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All staff must undertake thorough checks, including an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
