Search are currently recruiting for a number of HGV Class Night drivers to work on behalf of our prestigious client based in Knowsley. This is an ongoing position which could become permanent following on from a successful probationary period. This position involves double manned stored deliveries. The position is Sunday to Thursday with start times between 1700-2100.Pay rates PAYE* £19.00 p/h nights* £23.00 p/h SundayPay rates PAYE (inc. holiday pay):* £21.29/h nights* £25.77/h nightsKey Responsibilities:* Safely operate Class 1 vehicles with 12 months experience* Conduct store deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service.* Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members.* Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.Requirements:* Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card.* Experience in general haulage & able to strap* A clean driving record with no major endorsements.REFER A FRIEND, GET £200 *T&C apply, ask for details.Why Temp with Search?Search Drivers receive many benefits including- Uniform & introduction Driver pack (High Viz, Clipboard, stationary)- Flexible option to "bank" their holiday pay OR Add it to your hourly rate- Pension with Nest PensionsThe search driving team has got over 15 years experience, winning awards yearly.
