? What You'll Do:

Deliver pre-set lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4
Maintain focus, order, and engagement in the classroom
Follow and enforce school behaviour policies
Provide feedback to teachers and heads of department
Support learning continuity with professionalism and confidence

�? Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 6 months' experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom-based role
Strong behaviour management and confident presence
Able to lead a class independently and stay calm under pressure
Flexible, punctual, and committed to high standards
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
