- Provide practical and emotional support to children, young people, and their families.
- Work alongside multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for families.
- Undertake home visits and community-based work as part of your caseload.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
- Previous experience working directly with children and families.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
