The Role:As an SEN Teacher, you'll provide targeted teaching and support to students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering adapted lessons aligned with P Scales
- Creating inclusive and positive learning environments
- Using proactive strategies to manage behaviour
- Establishing meaningful relationships with pupils
- Providing personal care support as needed
Requirements:
- Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Proven experience in SEN settings in the UK
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Must be available full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Ready to start immediately
