The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to small groups of pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Flexibility, creativity, and a trauma-informed approach are essential. The role will include planning, assessment, and collaboration with multi-agency partners and families.

What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience in mainstream or alternative provision (desirable but not essential)

  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills

  • A genuine passion for inclusion and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners

  • The ability to build trusting relationships and create a safe, structured learning environment
