The Role:You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to small groups of pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Flexibility, creativity, and a trauma-informed approach are essential. The role will include planning, assessment, and collaboration with multi-agency partners and families.
What We're Looking For:-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience in mainstream or alternative provision (desirable but not essential)

Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
