C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a successful and forward-thinking main dealer workshop. We are looking for a motivated and qualified Vehicle Technician with a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship and first-class customer service.

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a Main Dealer, Independent Garage, or Car Supermarket environment is essential.

Vehicle Technician Role and Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
• Complete warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate service and repair documentation.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Work as part of a dynamic and supportive team to achieve workshop targets.
• Attend regular manufacturer training courses to stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair – essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
• Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Automotive Technician.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
• A stable career history within the automotive sector is preferred.
