Job Overview
Our client is currently looking for a skilled VNA Forklift driver, This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including storing materials , picking, packing and scanning orders , as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various equipment. This is including carrying out key warehouse activities using the VNA forklift.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (this includes loading, packing, wrapping products, labelling and shipping)
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock products, using scanners and manual handling aids
- Repackaging stock to specific customer requirements
- Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
- Keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimizing space utilization
- Reporting any discrepancies
- Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and colleagues
- Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment
- Following quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules and H&S regulations
Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
- Proven VNA Forklift Driving experience
- You must hold a valid VNA licence
- Proven work experience within a warehouse environment
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Self-motivated, disciplined and reliable
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to complete tasks to a high standard
- The ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Good level of physical fitness (this role requires heavy lifting and manual handling)
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Numerate and literate, with excellent communication skills in English

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 1pm- 10pm and Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary- Evening shift - 16.68 per hour/ Day Shift 13.90 per hour
