Receptionist
- Hourly Rate: £13ph
- Location: South Harting, Petersfield
- Job Type: Temporary (Covering specific weeks in May and June)
- Working Hours: 10am - 3pm, Tuesday to Friday
My client is seeking a Receptionist for a temporary position to cover one week in May and two weeks in June. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and can manage front desk responsibilities effectively. The position is based in a remote location in South Harting, Petersfield, so the ability to drive is essential.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Customer service attitude
