We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our friendly country pub. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves village life, takes pride in great hospitality, and isnt afraid to muck in wherever needed.
What Youll Be Doing
Running the bar with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
Leading and supporting a small team
Managing stock, cellar work, ordering, and deliveries
Overseeing daily operations, from opening to close
Ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
Handling cashing up, rota planning, and general admin
Rolling up your sleeves for anything the day throws at youfront of house, back of house, events, cleaning, you name it
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in bar management or a senior pub role
Strong leadership and communication skills with a practical, can-do attitude
Someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys being part of a community
Reliability, initiative, and a genuine love for hospitality
