Job Description:
Manaba is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for long term temporary work or fixed term contract. Working with various SEND children accross KS1 & KS2, mainly Autism and Learning Difficulties within mainstream.
Part time and full time applicant welcome.
Responsibilities:

1:1 & whole class support, working within a SEN unit and main classroom.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to ensuring all students achieve their full potential.

Keeping safeguarding at the forefront of your mind, ensuring any concerns are reported.

To actively contribute towards a positive culture within the schools.

Taking responsibility for your own Health and Safety at work, and to report any Health and Safety concerns.

Requirements:

Teaching Assistant or SEN & Care qualification to Level 3

DBS Enhanced Disclosure

References will be required

A passion for primary school education and maintaining standards

To establish appropriate relationships with young people and other professionals

Be reliable, enthusiastic, creative and honest

Have the ability to engage all students
