We are seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students aged 16-19 in an educational setting in Bordon. This is a full-time position, starting ASAP, working closely with young people who have a range of special educational needs.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working with young people with SEN
- Confident supporting students with a variety of needs, including behavioural, emotional, and learning difficulties
- Able to build strong, supportive relationships with students and staff
- Committed to promoting inclusion and positive outcomes
