SEN Learning Support Assistant (PMLD)
Prospero Teaching are currently looking for caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) in the Bordon, Hampshire area.
This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is passionate about Special Educational Needs and committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning in a supportive and nurturing environment.
We are looking for LSAs who:
Show kindness, patience, and empathy
Enjoy building positive and trusting relationships
Can adapt to a range of individual needs and learning styles
Take pride in recognising and celebrating student progress
Have an interest in supporting students with complex needs or PMLD
Previous experience in SEN, care, or education is desirable but not essential.

Location: Bordon, Hampshire
Position: SEN Learning Support Assistant
Start date: ASAP
Contract type: Temp to Perm
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Full time (part time considered)
Pay rate: GBP14.66 - GBP15.66 per hour
Eligibility:
GCSE pass (Grade C / Grade 4 or above) in English and Maths
Calm and nurturing approach to behaviour and emotional needs
Friendly, reliable, and professional manner
Strong attendance and work ethic
